Hello, I am Josefine, an Advocate for Impact and Sustainability.

With a background in Socioeconomics and Political Science, I have dedicated my career to integrating sustainability and measurable impact into business practices. My experience spans social entrepreneurship, impact measurement, and innovation and startup consulting, where I’ve developed and implemented strategies that align business growth with social and environmental responsibility.

A key milestone was leading the sustainability strategy for Startup Services at the Vienna Business Agency. Here, I designed and executed initiatives to embed sustainable values into business support services, fostering a culture of impact that meets today’s ecological and economic needs. This experience strengthened my commitment to creating change through intentional, sustainable practices.

Currently, as Managing Partner at WOMENTOR, I focus on advancing equal access to knowledge and opportunities, empowering individuals to reach their full potential within a sustainable and inclusive society. Through WOMENTOR, I continue to champion the integration of sustainability and impact at the core of business leadership and innovation.
